AI and Machine Learning - What's the Corporate World Review?

Artificial Intelligence is immensely taken on board by businesses. Becoming the 'Talk of Tech', many surveys have been conducted to grasp what to expect of the hyping phenomenon.

Below are some handpicked valuable insights on corporate world's reviews on machine learning.

1. 4th Annual AI for Business Summit Results

In the lead up to the AI & Machine Learning Summit 2017,  over 200 executives from across 10 industries in Australasia were surveyed.

2. ZDNET SPECIAL FEATURE: HOW TO IMPLEMENT AI AND MACHINE LEARNING

In a recent survey by Tech Pro Research, only 28 percent of respondents, most of whom were in IT leadership positions, said they have firsthand experience with AI or machine learning. However, if the survey results hold true, the majority of respondents will be using the technologies at work in the next few years.

Another interesting findings from this survey was that while 42 percent of respondents said their technical staff lack the skills to implement and support AI and machine learning, 41 percent said that all the work in this area would be done in-house. Thirty-nine percent of respondents said their companies were also still working on selecting AI and machine learning vendors.

More findings from the survey are shown below.

  2. The main concept and purpose of AI is to replace human dependency. However, it doesn't seem like happening any time soon since AI is still a far fetched idea and there are many developments to be still made there.

Good article though. Pretty informative. Looking forward to read more from your perspective.
